Home Learning in Year 4

I chose to make a clay bust of Julius Caesar because our homework was to research a famous Roman leader.

Julius Caesar’s full name was Gaius Julius Caesar. He was born in the year 100 BC and was a politician and general. He made two trips to England in 55 BC and 54 BC then died in 44 BC.

I worked on the bust every night for 3 or 4 days, the hardest part was his ears and the shape of his head.

Well done Orion – it was a delight so share your sculpture. You added precise detail and overcame the challenges you faced when moulding Caesar’s ears! Mrs Flinn
